About Us

 

Who is MASES  (formerly PRSEA)?
The Mid Atlantic Solar Energy Society (formerly the Potomac Region Solar Energy Association) is a non-profit organization whose purposes are to further the development, use of, and support for solar energy and related arts, sciences, and technologies with concern for the economic, environmental, and social fabric of the region.
MASES serves the Mid Atlantic region of the United States including Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia, as well as portions of several surrounding states.
    
MASES is a regional chapter of the American Solar Energy Society (ASES.org), which, in turn, is the U.S. Section of the International Solar Energy Society (ISES.org).
  
MASES is a membership-based organization open to all individuals, businesses and other organizations who share our overarching mission to create a truly sustainable world for all.
